Hey, I have a new friend !! Happy to see a Europhile in the NL ! *hint* *hint* Will Stapel destroy our dream here ? I'd like him to.
Though I share your point of view on the whole, you seem to hide or ignore the EU's problems. I know there are many of them, and the sooner we speak of them, the better. The best is if some people come to talk here about their high Euro-scepticism, like Stapel. And I'd like to emphasize the discussion on the European constitution. As for Turkey, here is my point of view : give me a good reason why they should join the EU now. My point of view #1 : they're not in Europe !!! LOL.

And yes there are many things going wrong in the EU as well. I don't ignore them, I just pointed out my basic reasons for support: - it is good for peace and stability - it is good for economy and trade - it is fair to our fellow Europeans and all the other issues we have to work out
