That is actually one of the problems I have with most politicians: word games. If it is the same thing, call it the same name. Social Security is a giant Ponzi Scheme (or wealth redistribution in more correct jargon) don't call it government savings for retirement. Gun control is gun elimination (not in all cases, but in most as espoused by politicians). Campaign finance reform is stifling political speech (has its place, but afraid 1st amendment nuts [sometimes I'm one of them] will complain if they call it by what it does).
Two other political word games I hate: every scandal must end in -gate and any social program has to be "A war on ...". Finally, if change is such a great thing, lets race out and change the climate. If you say this isn't a good thing, don't run whole campaign simply saying we need change but not telling me what. end rant
