So i now have ~1.5 mil in my bank ££. How should i spend it.
I have four trainees, i could probably do with another two and i need another defender to replace one i have already. Majority of that came from a transfer, sold my best player so lost about 20k TSI. Sad to see him go!

OTOH, if prices keep on increasing, you'd better buy now than later...

there was a announcement that ticketprice would drop again, somewhere last season is that still going to happen?
When that happens prices will drop again, but they did not mention it again in the latest announcement where they are pimping the supporter mood. So probably not going to happpen. I suspect the new supporter mood rules will not influence average income (much). So do not expect an influence on price from that. So I would expect prices to stabilize a bit. Also remember as soon as you buy them you have to pay salary. In short another management discision for BCLG.

How do you know when to replace your coach to get a better one?
This is who i have now: Pekka Kankkonen (72042645) 60 years and 79 days, inadequate form, healthy A passable trainer who is neither attack nor defence-minded A sympathetic guy who is temperamental and honest. Has brilliant experience and wretched leadership abilities. Should I start looking for a better one or should I do something else here? |

Depends on how good of a coach you want and are willing to spend. In div VI you probably don't need to worry too much about PiC/MoTS strategy, so you don't need to replace your current coach until he has disastrous leadership (and really until he is about ready to lose training skill).
On the other hand, the real way to improve and get money is to train and a solid trainer is a big step up. I would suggest saving for a solid/poor coach. Your alternate path is to buy a high leadership, high experience coach to ride the bench for a year to promote if you want a top notch coach (I wouldn't recommend this right now). BTW you may want to upgrade your stadium in blocks of 1000+ seats because of the $10,000 fee for the first seat. In blocks of 100 or less, this just becomes a bit burdensome to keep paying that fee over and over.

ok that makes some sense. How would I find a high exp/ high leadership coach?
Also what is the benefit from getting one and then having him just sit the bench for a year? |

How to find a high experience/high leadership coach: search the transfer page, it lets you choose experience and leadership as search criterion, I would recommend at least excellent experience (and passable leadership, inadequate can do the job, but you don't get that much extra over simply buying a coach instead of raising your own).
Benefit from getting one and having him sit for a year: You can't promote a player to be your coach until he has been on your team for a year. Since these usually aren't the best players, the only way to have them on your team for a year is to sit them.

Dont forget to look for cheap salaries on that coach...he is sitting there rotting on the bench for a year. If You find an older player with below passable skill he could be a fill in player on your B squad in case of emergency. Even if he gets hurt it wont effect his coach ability.
