I assume i have till the end of this turn till war, so no war until next turn. Are we also operating with a no DM rule?

I'm not sure what you and Klammi have working. If I were to go to war with you I think a no DM rule would work out and make the game go faster though.

Series of events this turn
Klammi logs in last turn and ends it, he's the first in from the last turn in this new one, he declares war- razes a city then logs out without ending his turn. I log in complete my turn under the assumption that klammi has now played his turn because a no DM rule has been pretty much apparant throughout Klammi logs in again, i log in to see why he's logged in again, now he has 3 stacks inside my territory which he moved in after i ended my turn. Now correct me if im wrong but that is not allowed.

A double move is a move where a unit makes two turns, while not letting the opponent to make his turn in between. It should avoid that you get rushed by help of jumping two squares while not having the chance to get online. I just moved my units once. You will now have the chance to start the next turn, so I will have to wait until you finished it.
This is strategic waiting for you to make your turn, so I can move in your territory without you having the chance to react on that because you might took your turn. That is kind of tricky, but it is legal concerning the double move rule. I'm welcome for other opinions, but I think I acted correct. |

Maybe Klammi can clarify, but just based on
what you say, I'd say it is a DM violation. |

Xpost with Klammi. I'll just say it's not something I would practice. Maybe an arbiter is needed?

I'm volunteering to play arbiter but I've subbed quite a lot for simon and would enjoy to do so in the future. Maybe post a request in the Rule the World topic and ask one of the players there not involved here?
