We simply can't compete, they are too far advanced. I bet as soon as they are done with me they will come for you rob. No one willing to trade with us so that tech lead will only grow. THey will have grenads before we get to maces.

And it will take sonny all of 5 seconds to tell PAL you gave me a city

I'm building a lib in that city not for the quest but simply because it has no production and it makes no sense whipping it just yet.

im building a city and gifting that to ID in the upcoming turns.

i got a map swap with STG. To say PAL has it good would be an understatement, while everyone else has civs all over the place Pal has their 4 nicely next to each other

USe that to our advantage. Strike fear in the rest of them saying that PAl will walk away with this. Sonny doesnt know about my city and I can rename the current one the same thing.

Look Robi its the smartest tactical thing to do since it will give ME/us copper quicker. So what if they come for me next it keeps them off ID and BC another few turns. IF we can get CFC and maybe STG to look at this as a PAL game winning move then maybe they can do something to help us. Our best talker have to talk to them convince them that the longer we stay around the better off they are with PAL fighting us instead of themselves. in otherwords..gift us techs we die while fighting them and STG benefits.

We need to throw down the challenge again when this is over with a "reviewed" map for fairness for start locations.

If you can make them listen then great, i've tried with HAK but they seem comfortable in their position. Why is beyond me, even a blind man can see the moment we are gone PAL will try to get CFC to help get rid of them to.

Well, if PAL gains any momentum, everyone else is dead. I don't see how they can refuse to reason with that.

Well i havent talked to any of them...do any of you know them from other games.

Also any input on what I should do to sonny..bombard or risk the attack with his city defenses. I think bombarding will only allow him to get better troops where as I cant build any more other than cats and archers.

Simon your about to lose that unguarded city. You and ID need to watch yourself ToT is shipping troops over your way and the other PALs might not be far behind him.

Robboo also be mindful that ToT might have more than a couple of spears heading your way.
