What is the civ on that save? I guess the last save we have that we can backtrack is the one I sent to rik, maybe he misclicked tubs' name ...

Question:

City-gifting - should that be allowed or not ?
I think it should be allowed but before we are in such a situation I'd like to ask the other team's opinion.

At first I thought city gifting should be a no, but that would add a new dynamic to the game I think. So I vote yes.

My only concern is that if we allow city gift, Leo could be game breaking.

Very good point Barbu. Same goes for ToA, We don't want that scenario.
Then I change it to: Let's allow city-gifting for cities that have no "Big Wonders", "Small Wonders" and "Palace".
