Agree with 1 or 2. For 3 we gotta make sure we have enough happines in most of our cities and we need to keep an eye on the Vikes as well. They are most likely going for Invention now giving them the evil Berserk. An approach is to go for temples / marketplaces now while researching / buying Chiv. Another one is to wait for peace with the Yanks and revolt then.

I think we need infrastructure and money whilst waiting for riders. Revolt to Republic as soon as practicable if not sooner.

Change Hangchow to use the gold hill instead of a fload plain. Change 2 entertainers into scientist and 2 into taxman. Chivalry drop from 8 to 7 and we gain 4 more gpt We have 57 units, 24 cities 5 of them are 7+. In Republic we would lose 46 gpt on unit costs. We have no temple and markets, so revolting now would be stupid. 2 Japanese spears can move to out iron mountain! I protect it with the sword from Tatung. I notice an empty army inside Shanghai. I bet we want riders inside! Great play and report Banzai!
At this point we should consider to revolt or not. There is some 8 turns of peace with the Vikes left. We either give revolt a priority and go for the Vikes in Rep. or use 8 turns to prepare a solid Rider invasion. Which means a GA under Desp. and revolt in 28 turns (8 turns peace + 20 for the GA). I have a slight preference for revolting asap, i.e. when enough happines is in place.

We have 19 turns of peace with the Yanks,8 turns with the Vikes,I assume that breaking the gems deal(19)turns carries no penalties?
Under construction are 20 temples,very few of which can be pop rushed. We can get furs from Abe for silks + 5/t + 80G.could help when revolting to Republic. We are strong v Abe and Ragnar(god he's ugly) both are in republic. Our infrastructure and culture is in a worse state than China...oops we are China. We can't trade with the other civs untill Navigation and thats a long way off. To get the drop on the Vikes we need to use our Riders ASAP.but that gives us a despot G.A. 2 turns to completion of our F.P.We must let that complete above all. Revolt will be probably be at least 6 turns of anarchy. My plan is to consolidate,build temples,Markets,revolt ASAP,leave the Vikes alone for the completion of infra. I'll probably play this evening so any comments will be helpfull As no-one seems to bother to answer my posts,I won't hold my breath Well done Banzai et al. As the man said as he fell from to 20th story,passing the 10th,so far so good.
