Digging up an old thread...
7963000.878 HT-Tjecken now confiremd, that regainers heal faster than normal players. Thatt riddle is solved (although the correct amount is not known exactly, either about 10% faster or it might be something like 19yo heal as fast as 18yo or similar)

Interesting, though not very useful imho... so that would make regainer the only speciality that actually doesn't have a downside to it? Or should there be another 3500+ posts on guessing what that would be, too?

I think it's ok that such a rare speciality is not overpowered, and as by now no downside is known that's an ok balance, I think
