WANTED : Graphics Expert
As you all can see the current ladder and civLadder query use ordinary of-the-shelve html tables. I think those tables are quite ugly and boring so if any of you could be enticed to develop a more pleasing to the eye table I will put that in the query
Here are the links to the queries so you can check how they look now. http://www.civ3duelzone.com/ladder/qryLadder.asp http://www.civ3duelzone.com/ladder/qryCivLadder.asp\ PP and Mel

Well, I'm rather a Jack-of-all-trades than an expert. Also, I'm currently concerned with some other stuff .
But I might have a look at it some day. (Or night ) The first thing that springs to my mind is introducing a counter variable and coloring each other table row differently. Odd ones go #FFFFFF and even ones go #CCCCCC. Add some cell-padding, so the font is not glued to the border and make borderwidth=0. Another idea is to make it colored. Make it look like the top5-city-screen or CivIII-Hall-of-fame.

We've been working on the counter for while now, that will be there soon.
I'll try your suggestions when my comp is repaired. I like the top 5 city screen idea.
