How to install your CDZ email on Outlook
Our new CDZ email functionality woudn't be complete without an comprehensive installation guide. So here it is. All pictures are in dutch though, because I own a dutch version. If someone with an english version would be so kind to make the same pics in english I'll load em up. For now the dutch will have to do, I dont think it will be a big problem as the buttons are in the same place anyway.
When you start installation select account from the 'extra' menu(dutch) in the English version I believe this is the 'tools' menu 36.74*KB Choose 'Add' and 'email' 34.15*KB Type the name as you want it to appear in the 'From' field in your mail. Press 'next' 30.48*KB Copy your cdz email adress from your email in the box and press 'next' 29.94KB Make sure servertype is set to POP3, enter the CDZ mail server incoming mail box and set your ISP's outgoing mail server in the outgoing mail box. Press 'next' 39.28*KB Fill in your email adress as login name. Make sure you include the part after the @ too otherwise it won't work. Copy the password from yor mail in the password box and press 'next' 45.4*KB Iirc this next box doesnt always appear, if it does choose the internet connection option you want. Press 'next' 43.51*KB Press 'finish' 25.87*KB The grey shaded account is your new mailbox. If you wanna adjust the account name ( this only affects the appearance in OUtlook) press 'properties' and change it in the first screen you encounter. Otherwise press 'Close' 35.24*KB If you encounter any problems you can always post here or look me up on msn. HF PP

One other thing: I bet if I had a CDZ-address, it wouldn't be plux@cqprocesxxxxment.nl, would it?? Mod action: to protect myself from more spam than I receive alrdy I put some xxx's in the email adress. PP |
