OK Krys. It's similar to the stock market. As the games begin prices will start to change due to how teams are playing, injuries, etc.
You can buy or sell the team anytime during the Cup. So if France came through with a big win their price may go up from its current level. If they had a devastating loss the price would go down.

Ultimately only one team can have a price of 100 (the winner) and all the rest will end at 0 but the price will change as things develop.
Does this make sense?
