Why do all the threads here mention "OPEN THREAD"? Isn't that the name of the forum?

Anyway:
Emporer difficulty featuring
Chancellor CB of the Germans,
Saint Taurendil of the French,
Hammurabi, Catherine, Brennus and Alexander, all of some countries soon forgotten.
