No, PayPal *is* free!

If you pay be Credit card we pay a 3% fee, there are no charges to the payee.

Also, we accept donations in Euros, so there is no USD involved at all...

Try actually clicking the PayPal link, you will see that it accepts Euros and that there is no fee.
