young players will train quicker (improve faster with training). that is why You use young players on your "training spots".

i downloaded the hattrick thing but didnt really get how to install it am doing the other things now :)

EDIT:: I googled it and it appears to be Hattrick.org which is sadly banned by my IT dept. at work :(

I guess it's just names... :) btw, ebay is already banned. We had people ordering stuff off of there for work. And the higher ups in the bean counter division deemed ebay "not an approved supplier"

Bribe the IT department, apparently this may work. :)
