I like the idea of playing in other people's stadium, though that may be a bit unfair to the non-dutch hattrickers, since they are likely the ones ending up paying 6K all the time then.

Shouldn't be too hard to find out when internationals are played in a particular country.

I see as the only valid argument for a neutral country the fact that we could say the final tournament is played in Uruguay, all games at the same time to be watched. OTOH we could play the final tournament in the Netherlands, I'm sure half of us will be happy :)

Why Uruguay, Spain or Italy would be far more sensible :p

I propose we keep the finals on neutral terrain in the country of the home team.

Home matches give a boost to the home team - by playing on neutral ground, we eliminate that advantage.
